Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite follow-up re-licensure survey completed on November 22, Himalayan Home Care, LLC had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced onsite re-licensure survey completed on September 27, 2022.
